Calorie (TDEE) Calculator

Your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is your resting metabolism plus everything you do. This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the one with the best evidence behind it — multiplied by an activity factor.

Honest caveat: every formula is a population average. Your real number can differ by 10–15% either way, and activity multipliers are where most people overestimate. Treat the result as a starting point to adjust against real-world results over 2–3 weeks, not a target carved in stone.
